I made an online order for a bigger plate with chow mein, greens, teriyaki chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and kung pao chicken. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes, but I waited 30 minutes. Whatever, not a huge deal. When I got my food, I tried to open up the bag to view my food to make sure everything looked ok. I had also requested utensils, napkins, and sauce to be included in the bag. Anyway, when I tried to check out what I had, an employee (I assume a manager?) immediately got right in my face, way too close to me, smiling too hard and said “don’t worry we made sure to double check to include everything!”. It’s like she didn’t want me to look at the food I just bought and she was so creepy about it. But I took her word for it and left. I finally got to open it up at home and realized they did not include the kung pao chicken I ordered. The chow mein portion was tiny and full of huge cabbage chunks, like way too big for chow mein. The broccoli was hard as a rock and inedible. I even tried to hear them up for a bit on my own but they were somehow still too hard to chew.
If you’re going to take so long on orders at least get them right. And don’t approach customers like that. Don’t just get up in their personal space just cause they’re checking to make sure they got what they ordered. Definitely the worst panda I’ve been to. Weird vibes...
Read moreThe food is great, and the service is amazing. I would love to give 5 stars, but the General Manger is very rude to customers and employees. I had a slight mix-up with my order, and a shift lead was happy to help me with the order, but the General Manager overheard what was going on and stepped in himself. He started to tell me I couldn't fix what was wrong with my order. And that I shouldn't have ordered the way I did. Otherwise it would have been correct. Then he started yelling at his shift leads on how they are supposed to do their jobs right right and not tolerate customers like this. I have been to many restaurants and fast food places but have never been treated like this. It's unacceptable, especially coming from a "General Manager". He should be demoted or let go, seriously. Everything else from this panda was great and amazing. Just don't have an interaction with the general manager unless you're into...
Read moreThe worst service! I went in being the 2nd person in line to order through drive thru. After ordering and paying we got sent to park in the front so I wait for my food that would only take 4 minutes they said. I then see another 5 cars parking in the front from drive thru while waiting. One of the workers finally comes out with 3-4 different orders and starts handing out everyone else’s food before coming to the car next to me. I then said excuse me and the worker starts to walk away so the car next to me got his attention for me. He then said the orders he had in his hand and if one was mine. This is completely incorrect the people working should not keep sending people to wait for there orders much less continue to take orders if you can’t keep track...
