Well I am not sure where to begin. That won't get a response from them riddled with excuses for the lack of professionalism. They had my car for 2 years to get some body work done after an accident. With repetitive misquotes and turnover of employees we finally did get our car back. But still has a laundry list of issues. When we took it in for body work I asked about a check engine light and was told it was an O2 sensor so they replace it. Then the check engine light was still on and was told it was a misfire in the cylinder and had to replace with a new engine. I asked if that is something they do and asked about pricing. Instead they went ahead and disassembled my engine without my consent or authorization. And proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for them to put it back together or buy an engine they can put back in. I was at a loss I couldn't afford the engine at the time so we waited after about 5K in repairs for an engine, body work and other misc items. They kept trying to add on other items like an alignment that I was told would be included from the beginning and then they wanted me to get new rims and tires and we kept telling them we just want to car fixed and then we will worry about that. Then when finally the engine was installed they told us they needed to drive it for a bit in order to reset the system. So they wanted me to get a temporary permit. I have to get 3 temp tags and on the final one was told again that the car need an alignment which should have already been done and why did they wait until I got the last permit to tell me that it still needed an alignment. When we were told we could pick up the car they offered to have the carpets shampooed so we opted for that. They ended up putting new tires on that we did not ask for and one had a leak since it had a nail in it. We paid another 300 bucks for tires that already were damaged. And the shampoo job HA they did not even vacuum under the seats. We ended up taking the car in to our new mechanic and all my wiring is stripped and the battery is not bolted down I have so many leaks they counted at least 5 and when we reached out to Diego to let him know of all the issues he has an excuse for it all. Saying he never did that work and we have asked for paperwork that he states he does not have. How do you not have records of items that were fixed and billed to a customer. Hope he never gets audited by the IRS or he is screwed not have appropriate documents for our supposedly new engine. We are about to pay another 3,00 to fix all the work they supposedly did. They are lucky we don't sue them for misrepresentation...
Read moreI have had three experiences here. 1) I had my tire mounted, they were significantly cheaper than other stores this encouraged me to take my vehicle back for emissions. 2) Because the check engine light was on they couldn't do the emissions. They turned the light off and told me I needed to drive it more for computer reset. After 10k miles the computer light still wasn't on. They said oh well, it looks like you will have to replace your whole emissions system. I was like uh no. Took it to another shop 2 miles away and they did the emissions with no problem. 3) My other vehicle was leaking a lot of brake fluid. The brakes were soft. I put some more brake fluid in and could see it leaking from the brake line. I didn't want to drive it very far, so even against better judgment I took the vehicle to Magna Tire and Auto. I told them straight forward that its leaking from the rear passenger brake line and wanted to know how much it would be to fix it. They quoted me $650 and told me I had to replace the whole rear brake set up and the front brakes too. I told them I would have to pass and to leave my key in the car and I would pick it up at night. I walked down with the spare key and they had the car locked with no key in it. I use my spare drove the car home. The next day I went into their office, asked for my key, they said I owed them $80 for the diagnostic. Which is funny because I told them what was wrong. I said keep the key and left. Took the same car to another shop that was able to replace the broken line for $150. Nothing else this place claimed needed to be fixed, actually needed to be fixed.
This place is a lying rip off, they make things up to try and make money. I have never been charged by another auto place who tells me what is wrong and how much it will be. This place is a rip off and scam. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE, THIS IS THE TYPE OF COMPANY THAT GIVES AUTO...
Read moreTerrible experience. First of all its partially my fault for allowing my 17 yr old daughter to go there without me while i was at work. She went in for a simple front end alignment and a tire after replacing some front end parts. Once she left she told me steering didn't seem right and it continued to pull along with steering wheel out of alignment. I told her to take it back. Needless to say the way they were treated afterward was not acceptable being ignored by the workers and them talking poorly about them in Spanish. Young man came out who was very nice to them but mistaken in regards to car repair turned the wheel and told her its straight. I went back in once i got off work and the mechanic who did the work wouldn't even talk to me again the young man (nice guy) attempted to explain but very clearly told me he didn't understand the alignment process. Either way took the loss and left. Now one week later my daughter tells me her steering wheel is shaking and has been since that day. I jack it up to check it out not only do they not know how to align a car but the tire they sold her was the wrong damn size and the damn tread is starting to seperate. Terrible people to take advantage of a 17 yr old girl. I wouldn't trust them to repair a bicycle let...
