We shop here a lot. The cashiers are nice most of the time. When we go grocery shopping, we don't really see the need to keep the receipt. We do keep receipt for other items. First, Creamies Chocolate Bar was on sale. We bought it and when we ate it, it tasted spoiled. I've never had spoiled Creamies Chocolate Bar before. We couldn't return it because we threw away the receipt. I let it go. Then 10lbs Stone's Lower Fat Ground Beef Patties was on sale. We bought it and when we defrosted it, it had a spoiled meat smell. We tried to return it but the Manager named Lee (spelling?) wouldn't accept it because we threw away the receipt. We have never purchased spoiled products from any other store before. Lesson learned. I will keep the receipt and shop at other stores. These spoiled foods were on sale. I wonder if Ream's knew these food were bad or about to go bad? Please fix this Ream's because I like to shop here because of small traffic, location, and my wife...
Read moreI just went to this Reams, and I want to say that the man working in the meat department was very rude. He was the only employee I could see working in that area. The store was pretty slow. I was standing by the meat, looking to pickup some ground beef, and he comes up behind me and rudely asks me to move because he needs to put some meat away. It came off as super rude. I was about to pick some out and put it in my cart. Why was I being asked to move? Couldn’t he wait until I picked out the one package of meat? Also he was very short with me in the tone he spoke to me. I think he should be talked to. I was shocked. I have never had something like that happen to me before. He seemed like he was possibly having a bad day but don’t take that out on the customers. Then he blocked the aisle with his meat cart and audibly sighed loudly when I asked if he could move it so I could get by. He has horrible customer service. I would give it less than one...
Read moreAside from the always high prices at Reams the service is local and friendly. I often walk the isles of this particular store to reminisce over youthful adventures. The first and last time I ever shop lifted was here, a lad of near 12 caught just outside of the doors (redbox A and B now conveniently located near the ice chest) when the value pack of 5 lighters fell from my jacket in front of a patron. Instead of calling the cops, the store manager called my grandparents and offered me a lesson in discipline by making me pick up trash for 2 hours, no wonder I never shop lifted again. Also Rodgers bakery is always amazing and reasonably priced, come around 7 pm for last call donuts at a lower price, though nothing beats the texture of a fresh baked donut or fritter. Thank you Magna reams for...
