Convinced me I needed a new battery. (I did not). Broke the screen in the process of changing battery. Gave me a new screen. He replaced both with cheap aftermarket parts. The battery holds no life after just a months. Phone crashes and restarts. Screen constantly has ghost touches and will not pick up my touches. Said that he would fix it and “make it right” after months of waiting he will not answer my calls.

Edit due to owner response. Owner finally called me back after review. Not to fix anything but to guilt trip me on why he hasn’t done anything. I left out that they gave me the phone because it is irrelevant to the complaint you convinced me it needed a new battery (it did not and you gave me faulty one) then OWNER broke the screen and gave me faulty one. Had an iPad Pro with a cracked screen brought in for repair. Went back to pick it up and thought all was fine. When getting back into my car I noticed the new screen wasn't quite lined up with the frame. Applied light pressure and the newly repaired screen shattered. Brought my IPad with cracked screen for repair. Charged me $135 & didn’t replace the home button. Instead he added what appears to be an app! I can no longer us fingerprint to unlock it! He put a film over the screen which has bubbles under it & is wanting to come off. I’m very disappointed in the quality of his workmanship, especially for the price charged.
