Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Magnolia

@Sonic Seriously guys!? I ordered a #2 with cheese and mayo only. You repeated my order back to me word-for-word so I'm thinking "Yep, it will be right. Sonic is on top of it." I guess that is what I get for having faith and not checking my food before I leave. I get to work and #1 my tots are extremely overcooked. They are past the point of crispy. I wouldn't feed them to my dog for fear my sweet pit would chip a tooth! and #2 my burger has only one patty (it was supposed to be 2 patties-that is what your menu shows as a #2) and it also has tomato, onions, pickles, and mustard. NO CHEESE AND NO MAYO. The two things I asked for aren't even on the burger. And what is on the burger, I do not like. It's not like I can go back and get it exchanged for the correct order or get a refund because I work at a hotel, and being the only one here at the front desk...well, I make my job a priority. I wish tonight the employees at Sonic would have made their job a priority and then maybe I would have gotten my order correct. Now I'm stuck with food I can't/won't eat, out a few dollars that I'd much rather had saved than spent on food that is going to go to waste, and still an empty stomach. So...

Update, June 17, 2023. What has happened to Magnolia Sonic! I would give 0 if I could. Placed order on my phone app and begin my wait on order, notified it was in kitchen and shortly notified on its way. 10 min later I am still waiting, finally push red button, female says she doesnt see my name, stall or order! I reply, I've already paid via app and notified on it's way. No response! I hear her on intercom taking orders nearby. Rude. Push button again, I wait another 10 min hoping for response or delivery, NOPE. Oh btw there was less than 5 cars whole visit so they weren't slammed. I finally leave. SOOOO....Magnolia Sonic patrons beware, DO NOT use app you may pay for food/drinks you never receive, like me. I am so disappointed in Magnolia Sonic

Visit to Magnolia Sonic was the best ever today. Pulled up at 12:15 lunch time, ordered on app drinks and cheese stick special. Wow....car hop at my window so fast i thought they were at wrong stall. Man oh man they make the best cheese sticks ever. Fast service with a smile...

This place has poor customer service and I will NOT be returning. I spent $24.37 for a #3 & #5 and I substituted one drink for a Double Oreo Blast. When the car hop Megan brought the food to the car she quickly received the cash payment and walked back inside the building. I immediately looked in the bag to check the order and the #3 was missing. I called back inside to notify them that I didn’t receive the whole order. Megan came out a total of 3 times to argue that the food was made. All I know is that I did NOT receive it. After waiting 4 minutes for the order to be made Megan ONLY brought out the burger. I had to catch her before she walked back in to tell her that she didn’t give me fries. She then walked off fast in a hast as if I was getting on her nerves. I then had to wait another 4 minutes for her to bring the fries out. I placed my order at 9:25 pm but didn’t get to leave with a complete order until 9:51 pm. Do NOT come to this location and have to deal with BAD attitudes while you spend your hard...
