Horrible experience!! I ended up with what I thought was a stye after my appointment and it reoccurred a couple weeks later but multiple small bumps. I’m pissed, they don’t clean their equipment! On top of it all they called to say they couldn’t find me in the insurance system I talked with Medicaid to confirm my eligibility and they said I was active and that My Eye Dr needed to call the provider line so I told the office that! They called me asking what was going on and I told them that I've reiterated that they need to do the due diligence and call the insurance provider line not just try to push it...

My experience with the branch was great. The young ladies were very professional and nice. My problem is the wait time. Let me say I understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I have been waiting almost two weeks for my glasses. My issue is I needed my glasses when I was told they would be ready. This location is not open on the weekends and that adds to the problem of when you will get your glasses. I am not sure I will use myeyedr for my next script.

This business is awesome! Let me start by saying that once you walk into this location, the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff are VERY patience, nice, and helpful. Every time I have called or visited, the staff has always presented with a wonderful attitude. They are also helpful with different options on contacts and glasses.
