This company overcharges and has subpar service. I was ask to pay $144 for a serviceman to check (he spent 5 mins) why a lock they installed a year ago that I paid over $500 to replace was not closing properly. I refused to pay and they asked me to never use their company again. I told them I never wanted to use their company because they were overcharging in the first place to replace the lock, but the landlord of the strip mall said I had to use them because they did all the locks in the plaza. I went to Anderson Lock and after searching thousands of key blanks they were able to make a duplicate key! I should have gone there in the first place. Most importantly they can duplicate ATV keys!
