I purchased goods from Malincho online and in store since 2002 In a past they have great customer service and prices. Yesterday I was disappointed. I drove 277 miles to Chicago IL and visit the store early because they closed 8 p.m. 1. They don't have a restroom.I asked the lady on liquor side So I looked for restroom and found it in another store and the back of Malincho.Buttera market.their customer service was great so after I used their restroom I tried to purchase something. They have unbelievable low prices Bulgarian kashkaval$6.99 German beer $10.99 a pack German Vine $3.99 a bottle. Original Russian vodka 0.7 l. 80 proof $5.99 so I restocked from this place.In Malincho store lot of products don't have a price someone tricky removed from shelf you must ask or guess.I ignoring the product without price. They don't sold the product on stated price.For small peter lutenitza shelf price is $1.50 they charged you $1.75.On discounted item they charged you whatever they want.I purchased hard candy with raspberry flower on discounted shelf $0.50 The old lady give me discount after scanning.My son was in my car and he like it,so I go back and take more the strong parfumed lady with a lot of make up...

Another reason i came here to chicago was to buy bulgarian food. I always order online from malincho but the experience is even better in person! The store was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They all speak bulgarian so that was very nice. They recomended restaurant mehanata and i am so glad we went. The food there was amazing. All in all me and my husbands anniversary trip to chicago has been made great by the bulgarian establishments here. Thank you all very much!!! I am so glad we came.
