Due to this company's ineptitude I terminated my 7yr relationship with Verizon in 07/22. I went to sign up for business internet not realizing they are not a corporate location(also spent 3 hrs during trying to get this done). I was quoted a price for internet service and switching my personal line over to the business. I was told by the sales rep he would follow up with me in 2 days. 2 days + later and no follow up. 14 days later I get a bill from verizon for double the amount I was told in store. I go to the store(spent another 1.5hrs there) and was told they would check into the issue and contact me in a few days.
A week later no follow up again. Third visit(another hour +) to get this resolved was told that I was wrong in the estimate I was given, even though I had the costs written down for this since it was a business expense. I went in to terminate the agreement and return the equipment(another hour + wasted).
I was told they could not accept the equipment back at their location and had to go to a corporate store(another 30 minutes to travel there). Corporate store told me they cannot accept it and it needs to be mailed back(they could not ship it back themselves).
Finally another month of dealing with verizon about the bill and getting a refund for the taxes charged on the device(multiple hours wasted).
I would avoid this non-corporate store. It is filled with incompetence, misinformation and extremely unprofessional about any type of follow through. I would give it a negative rating, but unfortunately it...

He is extremely pleasant and patient with a senior (being me !) that shouldn’t be playing with an IPhone when I can barely do emails!😆😆 I tend to go into settings when I shouldn’t play with things I have turned more things off and on than I should and don’t know how to correct them. Five minutes with Freddy and he corrects things I don’t even remember doing and the whole time he’s extremely patient and pleasant even making me laugh at some of the dumb things I’ve done. He came out to the car because I was having trouble linking to it’s systems. Who does that these days!! He even came in on his day off to take care of me. He needs to be cloned for sure 😊😊.
