Khan Brothers Grocery Store in Des Plaines is a fantastic place for all your grocery needs. The store is exceptionally clean and well-organized, making it a pleasant shopping experience. They offer good pricing on a wide variety of products, and the fresh meat selection is excellent. I was particularly impressed with how neat and clean the meat area was.

I’m always on the look out for fresh meat that doesn’t come from a manufacturing line. But I’m also always looking for an accompanying grocery store that caters to ‘paraya desi’ cravings and needs. On a lucky google search I found Khan Brothers that has only recently opened shop in the NW Burbs. If you like Desi food, grocery and fresh meats - this is the place. One of the only ships carrying K&Ns full range of frozen items at this time as well. Plus got lucky on a Ramadan sale and saved some $$ on the whole thing. To cap off, family operated by a gem of a guy. Definitely a regular from now on....

This is a super nice shop with a great selection of Pakistani and Indian food. Their prices are excellent - I paid 20 cents less for delicious cookies than at two Indian grocery stores in Skokie. The fellow that was working there hovered a little too much - this usually bothers me, but he was so friendly and enthusiastic about the store, I didn't mind.

While I don't buy Halal meat, I have to say this shop is incredibly clean - I walked into a Halal shop in Morton Grove and nearly gagged at the smell of goat. You won't have to worry about that at...
