So I went to this store to upgrade my phone. They had a beautiful galaxy s10 plus and I was so happy to get it. But then when transferring my data over I should have noticed they weren't great with the products they were selling cause she didn't know how to log out of any of the gmail accounts or certain other apps . Then after I bought she told me she couldn't transfer my service over cause its metro and I had to go to a store and wouldn't have a working phone until I went to metro. I was aggravated but ok. So I went to metro and ended up having to pay for something I always had done at the phone store . Fine. Right away I noticed my service connection wasn't working. So I ended up going to metro 5 more times ,calling metro for help and contacting Samsung to see if they could help me. I was informed by a worker at metro that they most likely sold me a phone with in internal damage or it was a international phone that would always have the connection problems. I brought the phone back within the 14 day warranty period to return it. And was instantly given attitude when they realized I was returning a phone. Not once was I told there would be a restocking fee of 20% until I got there to return it. The sign they have for informing their customers is pushed off to the side and not in view. So they wanted me to pay to restock a phone that not only had connection issues, but would burn your hand constantly and speaker phone didn't work correctly. The attitude from them is ridiculous. And their products are scratched damaged and no good . I never will return there for my future phone purchases because I don't trust them or their products

I mentioned the restocking fee and never spoke about having to pay the 20% or not, my point is and was you sold me a phone that was broken so I should have never been made to pay a fee at all. What phone was I offered as a replacement? I was not offered anything but a free glass protector next time I came in. The part about not knowing how to log out of certain things was to vocalize the point of not knowing about devices, I told the employee a few times to just wipe the phone clean and leave it at that, Also I did not ask her to activate a service for me but to simply transfer my phones service to the new device, which can and has been done before. And was done 20 minutes before I went in to return the broken phone to your store by the other phone store I got a working nice phone from in replace of the broken device. I tried numerous different ways to have the phone looked at and fixed and it couldn't be, I even contacted and worked with a Samsung agent and was told it was a lost cause. If you are going to try and turn and blame me for everything which is what your response insinuates, your wrong for doing so. I was excited when I bought the phone and was treated great, but I guess its all about money with you, cause once I returned a broken phone your company sold me , I am now to blame and wrong somehow. The part you say any company would charge a restocking fee, i agree with but not when the customer explains and tells you the phone not only does not hold a service (couldn't even call 911), speaker phone didn't work, and it would heat up so bad it burned my hand, oh and the charger you offer with the phone is cheaply made and was frayed and broken , couldn't even be used. I have spent a lot of 💰 at this store and brought every single one of my families and friends here For screen protectors, and cases. They were always friendly to deal with when I was spending money, but when it came to redeeming a warranty on a $400.00 repair I experienced the other side of things like with many businesses these days. I had my iPhone 15 Pro Max have the screen replaced motherboard replaced in charging port replaced because of some water damage done by my Special needs son throwing my phone into the lake. They said they could get it working back to normal. Within one day, the phone started glitching out, but I was just spent over $400 so I wanted to give it some time to be sure. This continued so instead of bringing it back I ordered a new phone from Verizon. I didn’t realize that the phone wasn’t fixed correctly until I went to do the trade and they’re like this screen is like bulging off the phone or coming undone like unglued or not glued right which would’ve been done at the repair shop. So I just went to press it back in, and it cracked the corner of the screen. I figured it was just the glue coming undone. But this wasn’t a new issue ever since they gave me the phone back in a new case the top left corner was like had less of a lip on the case in the right side I should’ve looked more closely, so this had been going on since they gave it back to me. So yes, I did cause the crack in the screen but that crack would’ve never happened if they put the phone back together, right. Not impressed with how they handled this matter, especially because I’ve been doing a lot of business with this company. They told me that I can pay another $270 To have them replace the same screen....

I bought 4 iPhone from them 2 were 11 and the other were xr only 1 hasn't gave me a problem but one of the xr has been back like 10 times no lie fix the screen twice and after that phone works a day I get it back then goes into a black screen with a computer showing I bring it back like 4 or 5 times with this same problem and they tell me these phone are sensitive if dropped or hit against things this is what happens so the last time I brought it there they had it for like a week and half they were sending it out to check the inside aprently EVERYTHING ok I bring it back home next day same thing computer screen again so I finally bring it to someone else and OMG the guy showed me the inside and said what's this it was all lose and discolored he said they did a horrible job I couldn't believe my eyes he should me what a good work xr supposed to look like compared to mine!
