I went to the subway here and I had a good experience with one employee, and a horrible one with another. One employee was walking out of the bathroom as I asked to use and they kindly allowed me to, even though there was a sign that said "no public restroom". I was sooo thankful for that! 👌👌 But then as I began to order they had a sign up which stated they only had flat white bread and flat wheat bread due to late delivery. When I asked for 9 grain wheat the employee said "read the sign" very rudely so I requested "wheat" and she pulled out 9 grain wheat which I had orignally asked her for. Then she started adding my ingredients as requested in a very inappropriate manner, she was literally throwing everything into the bread. 😐 At check out I advised that I had a coupon for free cookie and she rudely responds "next time you have to redeem that at the beginning of the line". The coupon itself says to redeem at check out with cashier present. But this girl just had too much of a bad day prior to me getting there. Hopefully she doesn't treat every customer the way...

The pavilions market is not the best in Malibu, but it's the closest to Zuma to stop for supplies (ice, sunscreen, drinks, deli). Yes, Vintage market is directly across from Zuma, but they are expensive. Don't go unless you're already parked and on the beach and need something. Then it's great to hop across the street for a drink and a snack. But, since they are drug dealers, I recommend people stay away. The best part of the shopping center is Lily's, Sunlife Organics, Di'amos (pizza slices or whole, Italian salad, lasagna), and The Duck and Dive with live music and a bar. There's a cute private pharmacy with a lot of gift items if you are celebrating. There's The Cafe at the beach with small batch hand made organic gourmet ice cream that is out of this world. It's a real coffee shop, with baristas making fancy designs in the foam. They have small plates for breakfast and lunch and pastries (but not average, everything in this shop is...

Always the same everywhere.... Asked to make a review for everything that we used to love/enjoy/buy at a reasonably affordable price that we'd enjoyed doing and a nation... Now always being forced to except what isn't right by commercials, News, advertising, and lying straight to your face while they smile internally hiding there greedy, selfishness, non-true Americans that eliminated God from every aspect of our life, court, national anthem, invisible horns and never wanting the lie detector in used in court do to their scandalous behaviors and actions would be exposed for everyone to see... Notice all the everyday Moronic explanations they spill to us to justify their greedy actions, soullessness and non American explanation of why it's ok to be f* by them daily in every way..... Wake up people!!!!!!...

Malibu’s idea of a “strip mall,” which somehow still manages to feel like a lifestyle brand. You’ve got everything you need within a few palm-tree steps: the smoothie spot that swears kale is happiness, a market where the avocados are more photogenic than you, and a handful of shops that make you say, “Sure, I needed a $40 candle shaped like a sea urchin.” It’s small, convenient, and has that easy Malibu charm — part locals running errands, part surfers refueling, part celebrities pretending to be “just normal people.” Pro tip: grab a juice, people-watch like it’s an Olympic sport, and let yourself believe grocery shopping by the ocean counts as self-care.

I visited this village when the trip to point dume was made. It's an exhilarating experience to visit the point dume. One will simply be awestruck at the scenic view of the ocean at an elevated position. It's quite refreshing indeed to make one's mind relax completely at a far away place by mingling with nature. After visiting point dume this village which is nearby offers plenty of shopping including food items coffee etc. It specially takes care of the toilet facilities.

Very fun little village. They have food shopping, cofee shop and a juice shop. The coffee shop has really nice ice cream in it. We also bought a smoothie in the juice shop and it was good. They have a lot of souvenirs sold at the juice shop and there is a nice bench with a beautiful view of Malibu at the end. They had open seating during these tough Covid times. If you keep driving further to Point Dume there is a nice park with some cliffs and trails.
