This placeās manager is the rudest person Iāve met, she setts a record for sure. My wife and I came in and made an order, we got the most at the counter when we ordered but we had avocado toast and quiche left. We got device that gives notifications once the food is ready. We waited for over 40 mins for our food to be ready and the device never made a sound or none of the servers came outside with our food. So my wife went inside asking how long it will take for our food to be ready, the manager said it takes about 25-30 mins for the food to be ready. After 10 mins they gave us the food quiche P.S. ā it was on the counter for over 10 minsā and obviously it got cold. My wife asked for it to be reheated it then did. But they left it in the longer and it was burned from the top. My wife asked for a new one, the manager called her difficult and not to come back here and gave us attitude, and she was called my wife rude. Oh and we had to wait for the avocado toast another 10 mins because it was done yet. I feel bad for this restaurant owner, They losing customer for sure because of this rude manager. The line at the cafe was just a few people but disorganized and someone walked in and bypassed those waiting and right up to the counter to order and the staff didn't notice. Ā Ā Ā Read more(Former employee) They don't dial in the espresso very often so expect the coffee to just be okay. It could be better but the shots run acidic due to the lack of dialing in. As well the management doesn't trust employees to fully clean the espresso machine either because they doubt the competency of a barista to not lose a screw (no cafe I've worked at has had this level of distrust to the point of poor cleaning practice). Only one barista is given permission to clean the group-heads thoroughly and he only closes the machine once per week. Even more disgusting: the steam wands for foaming milk are never cleaned properly. Management enforces us to soak the steam wands in soap water instead of flushing them as all other cafes do.
