Tobacco Town — Local services in Malvern

Save yourself some time and trouble. I walked in today and there were two girls “working” in there. One was hiding in the back the other completely ignored me even when I was talking to directly to her. She eventually disappeared into the back room and the other girl came out. She was dressed in pajamas, shower cap, and blanket. Walked right past me like I was invisible. Did something behind the counter and then disappeared into the back room again. I kept saying “excuse me me” and “hello” and got absolutely no response. Don’t even bother with this place. Go to Mo’s or the store over on East Page Street. At least they acknowledge you and appreciate your business. This place isn’t even worth the one star I have to give them. I have been here a few times in the past and they don’t know anything about their products, if they do help you they rush you like they just want you out of there and they don’t really have a good selection. Why in the world this place is still in business...

Idky it's called Tobacco Town on here. That's not the name of the store. It's Discount Tobacco. I like coming here bc it has a convenient drive thru, the staff is 98% of the time friendly, prices are decent, and...

They're just always trying to push the customer to decide that's the only bad thing about the store I usually have good stuff to look at. You can just tell they're trying to get you out of the store as quick...
