Taco Bell — Restaurant in Malvern

Just went through the drive thru and the order was wrong, which that is not my complaint, the manager on duty when we first made our order kept over talking the young lady that was taking our order, which could have been the cause of the confusion. So when we went back to correct the order, same thing happened and the manager kept interrupting and speaking over everyone. I told the young lady that the lady talking over everyone makes it very difficult to order and I’m sure makes it difficult to understand. She came to the window to inform me that “she was the boss and that’s her job to interfere” I replied that “ma’am it just makes things difficult when you have several ppl talking over an intercom that’s already difficult and she said “I do my job” just expect a better attitude from the manager. Got a party pack and it was literally skimp with meat and the tacos were folded almost like a burrito. All flat, like super squished flat. Hardly any cheese or lettuce. If there was a shortage on any of the ingredients, would had been nice to know the tacos were gonna be basically all tortilla. Only good thing about the whole ordeal was the woman over the intercom. Very polite. Food, sucked bad. Sorry, I love taco bell and have been eating it for years but this time I'm extremely disappointed. My daughter and I got dinner here tonight and the woman at the drive thru was rude, rolled her eyes, and not only that ,she looked dirty. Fast-forward get home, start to eat and I ordered a Mexican pizza, it was absolutely horrible, it tasted as tho it had cleaning chemicals mixed in with the beans and meat. Absolutely horrible. Whoever owns this local Taco Bell really needs to step up the inspection and observation of who works for them. Absolutely horrible.
