Used the app to order two subs. We let them know we were there. The male behind the counter acknowledged us and said our subs were "headed down the line". They were busy, but were steady, so I figured five to ten minutes. After I saw them wrap one sub I watch the same guy move two other subs in front of our 2nd sub. When a female behind the counter moved the sub for a third time I told her that was my sub and i wanted it finished so we could leave.
All totalled, there were four subs between the two we ordered. 28 minutes from order to food. The first sub was cold from waiting so long, and was not prepared according to the instruction provided in the app.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had spending my money. The Malvern, Arkansas Subway will never get another...
Read moreI just bought a sandwich here on this memorial day. It's the first time the sandwich makers were extremely rude. They laughed in our faces while making our sandwiches, snickering in fact. The sandwich was sloppily made. I asked for certain vegetables and there were hardly any on there. I asked for oil, there was none. In fact I was afraid to say anything for the threat I felt of what they would do to my meal. Read moreIm not sure whats happened to this store but im appalled at what ive been witnessing the past month or so. Ive seen employees (management i assume) shake a wrap and a flatbread in another employees face with a line full of customers to "show" them the difference between the two and today i watched one man run both ends of the line while another just ran the register and the one that was doing meats got rudely told to stop serving the customer he working on and make an online order /now/.
Terrible business practice and management and i wont be visiting the malvern...
