They treat the customers like family! I love this place! The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because their hours. Many times I would've bought from them but they were closed…it’s a family business so they may not be able to stay open 8-9 but honestly this is one of the biggest issues with Vape vs Cigarettes … a lot of vape stores aren’t open when the customers need them to be. You can get a pack of smokes at 3am but you better stock up on juice … if you run out, you’ll probably wait till the next day for your juice …. But again. Its an issue with this industry as a whole, not just this store … I do think that at the very least …. if they're going to close at 6 they should be open by 7am …I understand how expensive labor is, maybe you could find someone to work just 4 hours a day… you’d make a lot more money off of me if they were open more.

Website is down and they have no idea when it will be available again, called and spoke with owner and they are making no accommodations for their customers nor seemed to care, as the website offers a significant price variation and contact-less option. Time to order from another business that values their customers and will assist them when they fail to provide their standard services and most importantly go out of their way for customers especially with so MANY competing businesses and in these tough times in...

The guy working when I shopped was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and overbearing. I was really impressed at the variety of products. I purchased 2 items and both were great quality and very reasonable on pricing. They offered a product I been looking for in the region that not one other store stocks and I usually have to order online and wait for delivery. High praise and highly recommend the store for not only quality products, reasonable pricing but also awesome...
