Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Manchester

So now ordering pizza locally has been outsourced to a call center? This is ridiculous. I understand staffing shortages however trying to order 1 large pizza tonight was more than painful! The website was not working properly and would not let me update my address, and it would not give details as to why the special coupon was ringing in at 2 dollars higher than advertised. So we called instead and got someone who has a difficult time understanding English and he had difficulty entering my address properly. After hanging up and calling back again (since he could not get it right and was trying to deliver to my old address two hours away) we got a second person also with difficulty speaking English. My order was taken correctly with correct address, however after attempting to order online and via the first phonecall this aggravating process will probably preclude me from ordering here again as it took 24 minutes to accomplish! I also learned that they now charge $2 for putting garlic parmesan on your crust and the delivery fee is $4. The total for one large specialty meats pizza with coupon special of $14.99 costs over $25 after taxes and...

I have 5 kids, and we probably order pizza once a week on average, always from Papa John’s in Manchester. We choose this location every time because of the exceptional customer service and the consistently delicious pizza. Blair, the manager, is one of the kindest and most dedicated people in Manchester. She has created an outstanding team that consistently delivers excellent service. It’s clear she’s instilled a strong sense of professionalism, kindness, and hard work in everyone. Whether I’m ordering carry-out or delivery, the experience is always fantastic. Ordering over the phone is just as easy and enjoyable—everyone is always so friendly, patient, and helpful. They take the time to make sure the order is exactly right, and the pizza always arrives hot and fresh, just as promised. The quality and consistency are unmatched. Every time I order, I know I’m going to get delicious pizza, made exactly how I like it, with the best customer service in town. I’d give this location 10 stars if I could! I've ordered Papa Johns pizza in 6 different states and love it every time as it is my favorite chain pizza place to order from. This is my first time ordering from the one here in Manchester and I am very disappointed in the quality and the manners of the staff. The small thin crust bbq chicken pizza I ordered was very well done and the garlic breadsticks had almost no butter on them. The staff was rude and acted like they didn't want me there because they actually had to do something while at work. Another customer was standing outside when I was entering the building and she said she had been there for 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged she was there. She even said she called ahead to let them know she was on the way. They were not that busy as far as I could see. This was 5p.m...
