Walgreens — Local services in Manchester

very poor experience with the pharmacy today, all of a sudden I stopped getting reminders for my prescriptions. So I called in and ordered what I was low on, by name.. I went in today to pick up and my Farxiga prescription went from $ 47.00 to $ 100.00. I asked why the increase and the young lady said you'll need to contact your insurance company, we don't control that. So I went home and called my insurance company. the insurance rep. told me it was because Walgreen's substituted The Farxiga I requested with a generic drug. I drove back to Walgreen's and the same young lady waited on me, I explained what the insurance rep. told me and the young lady said we might be out of Farxiga and in that case they will substitute the generic. I asked her to please check, sure enough they refilled the Farxiga and the pharmacist came over. I asked how this could happen when I requested Farxiga and his response was the system will automaticly refill with generis drugs. So I asked how do I prevent this from happening again. his response was just specify the Farxiga...I'm not happy with this visit. They can't keep their...

I’ve been using Walgreens in Manchester for decades and untill now have never had such a disappointing experience!! I’ve been refiilling my Dogs meds there for a year with no problems. This time they sent a refill request to a Vetrinary hospital I’ve never been to and that vet reached out to me. I went in to Walgreen in person to tell them what vet we use( it should be a shock, it’s been the same vet in the prescription bottle for a year now!!) They says they would send a fax over. Three days later I came back to find out no prescription and no I couldn’t have a one night supply because it’s controlled. I proceed to call my vet and tell them the urgently . Come to find out Walgreens was confused( on the side that’s been the same for a year) abs sent wrong dose refill request. The vet rectified it . I went back the next day and got the run around about no they didn’t receive any refill verification, come to find out it was in the fax tray received a few hours before. I’m beyond angry at something they do everyday and could have resulted in my dog...

Terrible service!!! I would never go back to this place again. They will tow your car away even if your a customer. I was in the store for less then 30 minutes. I have never experienced this in my entire life. The people that work their are rude and run a dirty business. I ask to speak with the manager and I was very polite even though I was very dissatisfied with the service and treatment. The way he was answering my questions i thought he was actually concerned but then when I finally asked for his name and information so if i need to contact him for further information and he was slick to walk me out the door and would not give it to me. I then realized I was catching him in lies. To top if all of there was a younger gentle man that was rude and was inter-fearing with our conversation. I realized after it was one of his employees and he did not say anything like leave this woman alone. He just let him and his friends harass me. If I am correct from the name on his uniform the managers name was Joe. Thank you Walgreen for the worst...
