Panda King — Restaurant in Manchester

So...I ordered no flour fried chicken and asked everything cooked fresh. Food took a long time, condensation from the food caused for my fried items to be completely soggy. (Poking holes in your Styrofoam doesn't help...I suggest you send fried food in a cardboard box or separate foil container to keep crispy). Clearly flour on my clearly re-fried chicken wings. Pork in rice tasted spoiled. Missing 1 of 3 sides on the second plate. (Crab sticks). Oh...and when I called I was told they were too busy to deliver me fresh and correct food, I'd have to bring it back in order to have a refund. Left me on hold for 5 mins strong, came back and said something that sounded like Refund Total, left me on hold again, and when I called back NUMEROUS times my call was ignored. Want my full refund...both orders had something wrong. I do work in a kitchen and never would I be allowed to ignore the phone, burn and send out food, not follow order specifications, and miss...

Horrible experience today. They made a mistake with my order I ordered teriyaki chicken with shrimp fried rice. They bring me teriyaki chicken with PORK fried rice. I made it clear I didnt want the egg roll to be with pork because I dont eat eat port so I ordered a veggie roll. I specifically said shrimp fried rice 3 times and still they make a mistake. The crab rangoon was so empty I barely tasted it. I would Not recommend people ordering from her. I definitely will never again. They were not too nice about getting an order sent out again. Vary bad customer service PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. FOOD IS DISGUSTING THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT TAKING ORDERES OF WHAT YOU ACTUALLY...

I have eaten at so many Chinese places in Connecticut and even in Texas where I lived for 3 years and nothing compares to the pricing, quality, and quantity of the food that is offered here. I've never been dissatisfied with anything I have ordered. The General Tso's chicken, Lo mein, egg rolls, crab rangoons, pu pu platter, wonton soup (which by the way is only $3.65 for TEN WHOLE WONTONS), chicken fingers, and even the sushi are all delicious. I haven't ventured to the rest of the menu much because I usually get my regular favorites but I'm sure it is all good. I always tip on to go orders and the delivery driver because they do...
