I had a very negative experience with the service at this location. The young man working the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite verifying my insurance and coverage prior to my appointment, I was told something different upon arrival. When I questioned this discrepancy, the worker gave me no explanation other than that's what the paper that he printed said and it wasn't going to change and showed no willingness to help me understand. To make matters worse, I overheard him talking about me to his coworkers while I was calling my insurance to verify the information. I remained respectful and polite throughout the interaction, but the worker's behavior made me feel disrespected and frustrated. Everybody should be aware of the way this vision center run the business. They are the bigest scammer on earth. first of all, the guy "Chris" who run the center is extremely rude, unprofessional, and zero customer service skills. I ordered my prescrition with a new frame that I chose from the collection. When I received my glasses, lt was wiggling and literaly damaged. The guy intimidated me and conviced me this is your new glasses; there is no way to change it unless you pay an upgrade. When I asked to get the frame I tried on the first time, he turned into red and showed his aggressive face. They must have had returned frames from other customers which they give to new customers as new. Don't pay hundreds of Dollars...

I took my daughter here to order more contacts, as her prescription was about to expire. We ordered two boxes for each eye. They charged my Healthcare savings card. They only had one box of each in stock. Was told 5-7 days. Never received a call. When I went to inquire, they said I picked them all up when i placed the original order, which was untrue. They gave me a few trials for her and said they would place the order for two boxes again. When she went to pick up, she was given two individual lenses for each eye, not two boxes, as they said they had given her trials.
