US Nails — Local services in Manheim Township

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I am absolutely speechless at how beautiful my nails turned out.

I have extremely thin nails that break very easily. Because of this, I have been getting dip powder consistently for the past few years.

I made an appointment for 3pm on Sunday. The salon was full, which in my opinion is a very good sign, because people wouldn't go there if the service wasn't great.

I waited for a short while because of the business, but that was totally okay with me. I wanted something really special done with my nails, so I had no issue waiting for the right person.

I had the privilege of being taken care of by Karen. She was incredibly thorough and meticulous, checking each and every nail to make sure it was perfect. She is one of the few nail technicians at that salon that can do an ombre design as well as fine detailing, which impressed me even more.

She did an absolutely amazing job. I am very thankful for the time she took to make my nails exactly the way I wanted and I was shocked at how incredibly affordable it was as well.

Amazing value, amazing service, and amazing talent!

I will never get my nails done...

I went to have my nails filled in.( $25.00 for fill) I waited an hour to be seated. After the technician took care of her whining child she handed me a book of gel polishes! I told her I wanted regular polish. Annoyed she had me pick a color up front. Which these polishes were rather disgusting! I was seated never offered a water. She was extremely rude and slow. It appeared that she was going to apply gel polish. Once again I reiterated I did NOT want gel. She slowly proceeded to apply gel polish. After two and a half hours my nails looked great! She tried to charge me for removing the old polish then applying gel polish which she was told multiple times no gel polish! So she was way overcharging me with an attitude! I strongly told her I was not paying for something I told her I did not want! As I left I was furious the experience was not only long but it was EXTREMELY stressful! I do not need stress getting my nails done! I do NOT recommend this salon! This woman knew exactly what she was doing but I held my ground and paid for exactly what I had ordered!! Terrible experience!! I recommend you go to another...

I came into the salon last Saturday with my mom and sister. It was my mom's birthday and we got her a pedicure. She was very satisfied with the way her feet turned out so thank you for that. However, both my sister and I are regular customers with your salon. I usually see Tina or Rose for my nails, and they are always perfect. My sister always goes to Tina as well and she is great. However last weekend we did not have appointments and so we got put with two other nail techs and we both received the worst nails we've ever had. I requested a dip manicure and was charged for that but all she did for me was apply the dip powder and file my nails very short. I was not asked what shape or length I wanted, and I am very disappointed. It has only been 5 days, and they are already chipping. My sister got a refill on her acrylic set, and they were crooked and sloppy. She came home and painted over them because they were so bad. She also was charged $10 more than she normally pays for the same service. We felt very uncomfortable saying something at the time, and we have been customers...
