I ordered a large potted plant arrangement for a funeral. I purposely spent a lot more money on this arrangement because I wanted the size and I liked the look of the pot and the plants that were in it. When I got to the funeral and searched for the gorgeous arrangement I had ordered and paid for. I was so disappointed and embarrassed when I saw it. It was basically purple mums in a cheap wicker basket. The mums didn't even look healthy. After the funeral I called Becky's to ask if my order got mixed up with someone else's and they did not seem surprised at my complaint and asked what discount I wanted. I didn't want a discount, I wanted what I ordered. They said that they will be dropping off a nice potted plant on Monday to a family member's workplace with an apology. The bouquet contained 2 roses, 3 carnations, filler and a gladiolus that was cut at the top making it quite short and will not be flowering long. I feel that for $45 more quality is to be expected.
