The staff is highly knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly, almost obsolete these days! The shop is beautiful, clean and has a unique variety of products including beautiful candles and incense burners, ashtrays and apparel that would be suitable for anyone who likes to make a statement, add a conversation piece to their space, or just enjoy the lovely and extensive variety of fragrances to their home. You could certainly shop here year round for all your gift giving needs, from friends, to lovers, all the way to grandma and not have any disappointed recipients! And of course, there's a huge variety of tobacco and vaping products, and if you don't know what to get or how things work, you will when you leave! I thank them so much for all the help they provided and putting up with my complete ignorance as they gave me and my patient an awesome tutorial and hooked him up with exactly what he needed. Even if you don't have any interest in the tobacco/smoking department, there is just so much more to see, but I cannot do it justice with words. You MUST go experience it for yourself! I personally don't vape, but I'm going back for some gifts and just to indulge myself with a few items as well, y'all deserve to treat...

I shop here regularly and usually buy a large bag of tobacco and 4 bx of tubes every other week. I stopped today and thought I would try a vape instead. I asked for something that tasted like tobacco and the clerk recommended something so I purchased that and a vape battery for my wife. I walked out to the car and opened the bx and discovered it was just the liquid and I had wanted the disposable vape. I went right back into exchange it and get what I wanted. The clerk phoned the owner and he said no, but they were happy to sell me what I wanted on top of what I had already purchased. They just lost a loyal customer and I will never shop there again. Be careful how you order and make sure everything is correct before you walk out the door or you are screwed.

No, I walked back in and told him I bought the wrong thing and I wanted a vape. He called you and when he got off the phone he said he can't exchange and walked me to the back and showed me one he had and said I could buy that if I wanted a vape. That's when...

I usually love this place and my boyfriend and I have spent literally hundreds of dollars here. But, this past experience will keep us from coming back. I bought a torch from this shop and brought it back literally one day later because it is defective. The guy working called the owner and eventually told me that they would not take it back because it "still works". But it doesn't, not for what I need it to. He said the best he could do for me is give me 15% off another torch, because exchanging that one would "cost them too much money" (his words from his boss). I left and called the manufacturer who told me that they actually instruct their sellers to accept exchanges for faulty products and I should have been given a refund or a different product. I didn't even want a refund, all I wanted was a torch to replace the defective one they sold me, but even that was too much to ask from them. I know about the refund policy and respect it, but not when the product sold...
