⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible Experience – Ruined My Day AND My Shirt

Yesterday I ordered an American sub and a pepperoni pizza. I live right across the street at the laundromat, so I expected at least decent service. What I got was the complete opposite.

The pizza they served was a greasy, cheese-covered mess with zero pizza sauce. Just cheese and oil. This was the first time in my life that eating pizza actually made me miserable. To make things worse, it ruined my brand new shirt with all the oil dripping off it.

My friend and I went back to the restaurant to let the man behind the counter know what happened. All he said was “thank you” — not even an apology. I didn’t get a refund, a replacement pizza, or even a penny back. I was forced to pay full price for something I never even ordered.

I didn’t order a “cheesy oil pie.” I ordered a pizza. There’s a difference.

Terrible food, terrible customer service, and zero accountability....

I was looking for a local and casual restaurant today and I’m so glad I found Two Cousins Pizza!!! They have an extensive menu with a lot of options to choose from (but not too overwhelming). We ordered subs today. The BLT and the Meatball Sub were absolutely delicious. The rolls are homemade and we’re just so tasty, a little crunchy on the outside and soft in the outside. They were perfect! A lot of times subs are made with large heavy rolls which can be difficult to digest. I have a gluten sensitivity and I need to go light on breads and these rolls were just right and I had zero discomfort. The meatballs are also made homemade on site, very high quality. The service was excellent, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be returning to “Two Cousins Pizza” , I highly recommend...

Their cheeseburger Subs are really good, especially on the bread that they use. However, their cheesesteaks are pretty atrocious. Very Bland and flavor, so it pretty much taste like ground up hamburger with nothing added to it. I had also asked for extra cheese, thinking it might make it more flavorful, but then when I bit into it, and opened it up, there was hardly any cheese at all. I can't really think of anything else to recommend. I probably won't eat here again unless I have no other options at the time.
