The young lady that cut my hair was very polite. She was going by the notes on the computer for cutting my hair and used trimmers on the side which is what they typically do but then began to use them on the back. I immediately said something as I’ve been keeping the back a little longer for quite sometime. She actually only cut the one spot. It wasn’t terrible and she did a nice job of blending it in so it wasn’t that noticeable. I was overall satisfied with my haircut. She said she was going to give the haircut to me for free because of what happened. I said it was really not a big deal and I could pay. Then when finished I was going to pay but she said she took the charge off and I didn’t owe anything. It was very kind of her to do that, but I do feel bad about not paying, mainly because the overall haircut was good to go. Anyways, I’m not sure how the business handles this but I sure hope that she didn’t have to cover the cost of my haircut out of her earnings. Read moreI checked in on Great Clips app at 3:25pm and it said my estimated wait was 25 mins and they'd text.. cool, great! I wait in my car in the parking lot, watch several people come in and out. I go inside to ask about my appointment after waiting 30 minutes and I see I'm #3 on the list, I'm told they'll call when ready so I go back out to my car and wait. I watch my estimated wait time go from 1 min to 8 mins, finally at 4:17p they call and say I'm next and they will call when I need to come in. I watch 3 more go in and 2 leave, it's 4:28pm and no call, no text and I finally decided to just leave. I never received a call or text! Read moreI called over an hour ahead to see if they had a spot for my son. The young lady on the phone told me to log in online, it would save us an hour wait, so I did. I also opted in to receiving text messages so that we knew when he would be up next. Got the text stating he would be up 15 minutes and we went to the door to go in. When we were met at the door they couldn't find the his name, my phone number or my online check-in. So instead of saying okay we can fit you in they said we would have to wait another hour. Umm, no.
