Kroger Marketplace — Local services in Mansfield

What's up with this Kroger? I stopped in Midday on a Tuesday becuase I needed a couple items and was in the area. I was near the Meijer but choose specifically to go to Kroger because I can't stand shopping at Meijer and I only needed about 5 items. What a mistake! I should have gone to Meijer.

The produce section was in disgusting condition, with rotting produce on display. The salad wall was 75% empty. I needed a bag of baby spinach but was unable to procure one. They only had the plastic organic bins of baby spinach which is not what I wanted.

I also wanted a specific type of low carb tortilla. They had every weird flavor available except the original one. I'm 0/2 at this point in the store.

The seafood counter has an apocalyptic, hand-scrawled on butcher paper "CLOSED" sign. Glad I didn't want seafood but are you telling me this entire store doesn't have a printer? Where's the store manager? Hiding in his office? You can't be bothered to print out a "closed" sign for your shuttered seafood counter?

The conditions of this store were shameful. I only ultimately got 3 of the 5 items I stopped by for. Based on my experience yesterday, I would go out of my way to go anywhere else....

Warning do not use click list!!! We've had nothing but issues. Mostly with them forgetting items. At first they would forget maybe one or two things once in awhile. Than they started forgetting things every time I made an order. Finally my last straw was when I placed an order over a hundred dollars and they forgot more than half of it. Why would we keep doing click list after so many problems because I'm tired from dialysis and other health issues. So regardless of my issues we went back to doing it ourselves. Well rewind to today my husband and I are currently recovering from corona. So we made a click list order so we could get what we need but avoid potentially exposing someone. We ordered a gallon of orange juice and we didn't get one they said it was out of stock. Really!!! Your whole store is out of orange juice I don't buy it. Well we really wanted our juice so hubby masked up and decided to go in and see for himself and low and behold there was hundreds of bottles of O.J so clearly they were just to lazy to get it and marked it out of stock. The laziness is just unbelievable. We will never do click list ever again the people in that department are...

Head manager Abbigail Cotter this ones for you. After paying for my items the shopping cart locked its wheels while exiting the door and I cracked my shins almost falling over with the cart. The 2 young employees at the door self checkout found it amusing snickering laughing and didn't care to unlock my cart. I asked for the manager and a supervising manager eventually waddled her way to the far entrance. I asked for the reason the security feature was enganged. With a smug cocky demeanor no concern or apology she said it was a "malfunction". I explained to her that malfunction or not this was both a wrongful accusation of theft and a real liability that injured me and could easily cause serious injury to others bringing lawsuits to the store. She took my name and number for the head manager Abbigail Cotter to contact me. Its been a week now and suprise no call at all from head manager Abbigail Cotter. Next time I'm wongfully accused and or humiliated in your store by your staff Miss Cotter my attorney is going to make very quick work of your store and when its done corporate office will likely want to have a serious discussion with you.
