If it was possible to give a negative score just based on service without even eating at this particular restaurant I would do it. recently, I pulled into this restaurant, realizing I went the wrong way. They have the restaurant divided in the parking lot by plastic cones, which were spread out wide enough to drive my suv through. I made a turn signal and pulled through as I am handicapped. Where I was blocked from using the handicap parking in front of the U P S store by a whit female taco bell employee,(who later stated she was a manager). She stood in the rain and crossed her arms refusing to move and unblock the handicap parking space sttating"if you want to park, you will have to back up and go around the building ". I asked her to move, explaining I was unaware this was an issue as the cones were wide enough to go through and I had mistakenly pulled into her drive through. She stated" I dont care I will stand here and get wet". This employee stood blocking the space for approximately 2 minutes. Before moving after I called the police. This person needs to be reprimanded, and next time, she will be reported and possibly cited. I fully intend to speak with the owner and senior management as it is hard enough to get around when you are mobility challenged without petty...
Read moreWas the worst experience. Went through the drive thru and when asked for my order I stated what I wanted. Silence for 90 seconds, I was unsure if the speaker had malfunctioned or whether the d.t. attendant had heard my order st all so I said "hello?". Obviously the attendant was still present and the speaker was functional because my query was met with the rudest "HANG ON!" I had ever recieved. I immediately apologized because I felt like I must have surely done something wrong..after about 5 seconds I remembered myself however, so I pulled over and went inside to talk to the manager. Guess who was attending the drive thru....I don't know how this person got the manager job but I can only guess the one doing the hiring was afraid of getting their face bitten off if they said no. I wont go back. There are enough other Taco Bells in town if I need a...
Read moreI had a replacement for a crunchwrap supreme and because I couldn't remember the exact name of the manager (I know it started with an A) they wouldn't replace my order. It was one item, about $6. It was around 11:30 am today and the lady I spoke with kept cutting me off and was very rude. I spoke with the ontario store and they said this is a franchise store and they have heard about bad customer service as well from this store. That's bad when another Taco Bell store will say that about another store. The lady at the Lexington Ave location made me wait in line behind 4 cars which took 20 minutes and made me feel like I was a liar, trying to get a $6 item for free... really???? Just WOW! I never have any problems they are always nice but after having the nasty customer service treatment today. I'll go to corporate stores only...
