UConn Student Recreation Center — Local services in Mansfield

The newest building to open up on campus (2019). Has four floors with the best being the gym equipment. Just in front of the stadium. Has card free access till the lobby where you can sit on the sofa and has a small cafe. Post that card access required. Charges 45 USD per month for spouses. Be prepared for long wait times during busy hours which is almost always. Best time would be early mornings.

Consists of a basketball court and hosts events of soccer too. Locker facility available. Clean and dry towels are linked to your ID.

new facility and the equipment are nice. the staff are generally nice but they will kick you out before the gym actually closes. they also decide to close the gym or parts of the gym without previous notice. you show up and there is a note on the door 😅 the hours are also not that great. very limited hours throughout the day. they close very early...

This place is huge. Its a four floor facility that has plenty of space to accomidate the student population. The climbing centers spans the entire building and is super impressive. I also like the ability to go early to the gym on weekdays so I can work out before classes start. Overall, beautiful machines with plenty of space...
