Terrible customer service! Do not shop here if you are looking for people with integrity. We went in to have my engagement ring cleaned for our wedding and they took it in the back for 30 seconds and handed back to me. When we asked further about having it really cleaned they acted as if we wanted it done for free, and stated that it would cost money and take several days. We NEVER expected it to be free or be done immediately. While we were there we looked at a watch for my fiancé to wear at the wedding. A few days later when I picked up the ring I purchased the watch for him. I gave it to him the day of the wedding, little did I know the watch didn’t work. After the wedding we took the watch back and were told it needed “activated”. They took it in the back for a minute and then came out and said that the jeweler would have to activate it. We left the watch and they said they would call on Monday. Still no call by Thursday, so we called them and were told the watch needed a battery and it would be$12. ARE YOU KIDDING!?! We paid $120.00 for a watch that didn’t work...to top it off when we picked the watch back up they kept the box and just handed us a lose watch. I will NEVER spend money at this...

Worst place! When I first when in all the women there were very rude and judging! They were even mad with the sales rep lady that handled my purchase they made it obvious and very rude that they didn’t Like her and even made it clear that she was new. I ended up buying earrings and they said it was $700 and then after taxes 800 and something and I made a deposit of $300 and I gave them my bank info and they “supposedly charged” my bank and they said it didn’t go threw but when I went in person to verify my info she was pointing at the banks phone number when I asked for my routing number?! And still insisted that they got a fee $70 and $100 for “being late and NSF fee”!!! But the night before I went into the store Patty called saying my total was $516 and I said alright I’ll pay it off tomorrow morning. I went in the morning and ended up paying $616 it is outrageous never again will I purchase from them I paid $200 more of what the earrings cost because of their mistake and plus “taxes” that I didn’t see on the receipt given! This place is a fraud!! Do not go in there...

One day I visited this store and found a unique piece that reminded me of a custom ring my grandmother owned, which had been stolen. When I shared its sentimental value with the store owner, I was met with silence. Later, I confirmed that my grandmother's piece was one of a kind. I returned to the store, but the piece was no longer on display. The owners dismissed my account and claimed they never had such an item. I learned that the store acquires pieces without considering if they are stolen and they showed no compassion for my situation.
