Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Manteca

Today was the only day I was able to have lunch with my wife this week as our schedules conflict all the time. i went to this location to get food for my wife and I to enjoy on our lunch time.Everything about this location was terrible. The drive thru look almost 30 minutes from the time i got there to the time I left. While i was in the drive thru line they gave me a wrong drink. No big deal as i was still in the line and it was the employee who pointed it out. We swapped drinks and I was on my way. I get to my wife's job 3 minutes later and that's when i discover they also gave me a wrong order. My wife's food was correct however it was cold. I go back to the location and tell a manager that i want a full refund as they have ruined my lunch period with my wife and the lady starts speaking in Spanish behind the counter. I know enough Spanish too know that I am being made fun of, this is by a manager by the way. The manager gives me my refund and I leave to find better food elsewhere. When I got to my destination i discovered that i hadn't actually been given the right amount for a refund. My meal was 10.06 before tax, the money I received from the manager was $9.79. I usually get the late night munchies before bed. So I hop in my truck travel a couple miles down the road to the Jack in the box. There's usually a line of maybe three or four people before me when I get there, but that's okay because the drive-thru service is excellent and fast. I've never had them mess up on my orders ever. The young lady that usually works to drive through {I can't remember her name though} is genuinely happy and smiling. Of course she has a mask on due to covid but you can see she's smiling. And I usually get a big order and it's always correct it's always fresh it's always hot. I gave her a $5 tip on Friday night and she was so excited it's so grateful! It was kind nice to see how happy she was to receive it. She said thank you very much and that it meant a lot to her to receive it. Please don't go to this jack in the box, Worst place to go for fast food , this happened second time , first time girl working in drive thru window dropped sandwich in front of us and still confidently put back in bag and handed bag to us . We rejected to accept that sandwich and asked to made new one and she went back and immediately came back with new one I mean within seconds and put it in new bag and tried to handed it us started arguing with us that they made new . That one sandwich we waited first time 10 min they made same sandwich in seconds after how lame !!!! And today again I picked my order was messed up and it was the same girl in drive thru window looks like she gave me fries undercooked still feel frozen and I ordered loaded spicy tiny tacos and she gave me regular tiny tacos not even loaded .
