Sarah is nothing less than phenomenal. To give you some background, I am essentially a 23 yr old tomboy who always wears her hair up. I’ve seen plenty of stylists & i’ve never been quite this satisfied. She cut my hair in a way that complimented the shape of my face super well, absolutely nailed the color, & styled it in a way that made it super comfortable for me to wear down (which felt great honestly such a huge confidence boost). She also gave me some great pointers in terms of how to work with my hair type & how to style it on my own. Not worth the money. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing pedicure for $35. I was lead to the nail salon area where two children playing video games sat in the pedicure massage chair with their shoes in the dry foot bath. So the tech had to ask the children to move (to the next chair) and then she cleaned the foot bath. I was given cool water to soak my feet. My old polish was removed, nails and cuticle trimed. Warmer water was added for soak. Sugar scrub and moisturizer applied. Leg and feet were dried and polish applied to nails while the children were told to turn down their music/video game several times by other nail tech that was doing other manicure for another client. I went here in August for a partial highlight to be brightened up before back to school. I was so excited and honestly loved my hair leaving the salon. However, the next day when I showered my hair was so dry that it barely soaked up water. Over the course of another two months my hair fell out drastically and made me so insecure. I had bleached my hair for 3 years before and never had damaged hair at all. After only one appointment I had breakage all around my head, dry, thin, and damaged hair.
