Everyone with whom I worked with at CertaPro Painters were professionals by the very definition! Alli Sanders (sales associate), did the estimate and handled the early phase of the job. She was very helpful with the color coordination because of the lighting, and plaster walls (home was built in 1938). We had to go through numerous samples to get the right colors. Sea Salt (just an amazing color), Popular Gray, and August Moon were the colors we selected for the various rooms. Her help was very beneficial to me. She took the time to explain how the lighting that comes through each room would affect and bring out each color. The paint crew, which consisted of two highly qualified painters, were the epitome of punctual, professional and hard-working. Every room that was painted was done with care, as if it were their own house that they were painting. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, every step of the way - including after the job itself had started and finished. This fresh internal paint job was a very high priority for me to get done, and I have absolutely no regrets hiring SertaPro Painters! It was a pretty big project with no delays on their side, and the results were impressive. The job was done in the amount of time they quoted, with exceptional clean-up afterwards. From the first phone call I made to CertaPro to the last hand shake with the painters, Freddie and Alondra, the CertaPro experience has been fantastic! When I made my first call to CertaPro and spoke with Dee she was incredibly helpful and polite as was Allison when she came to our home for the estimate and also Mike when he called me to schedule the job. The estimate was very detailed and specific and it also served as the contract for the painting work. It spelled out everything CertaPro would do and also our responsibilities within the project, very professional! The Sherwin Williams paint that was recommended is beautiful and the employees at the Bourbonnais store, Jessica and Rick, were also helpful and very professional and their color consultation service helped us pick the perfect colors for our home. The painters were incredible! They were polite, respectful, always prompt and very professional! I've been a home owner for forty years and I have never seen such perfect sharp lines performed by hand with no tape or special tools, just good old fashioned brushes and rollers! In a world where its nearly impossible to get a contractor to call you back, let alone deliever exactly what was promised, CertaPro was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I spoke with the sales rep I had nothing but professional, courteous and top notch service. EVERYONE, and I do mean EVERYONE I encountered blessed me with an exemplary experience. Special thanks to my service tech Keith, who upon beginning the job, realized it was more labor intensive (brick fireplace) than he originally thought. However, he never once complained, huffed, puffed or showed any adverse behavior. I witnessed him sweat and work with those bricks like he was doing it for his very own family member. I am impressed with how humble he was. The fireplace (red bricks that were painted white) looks amazing and couldn't stop looking at it for days!! What a transformation! And even tho I initially thought this would be the only job that would require a need for CertaPro service, the whole experience left me thinking....:"maybe I should call back and have the master bedroom and closet painted!"

Am I really LOOKING for another reason to use their service?? LOL That alone...for me...speaks volumes! I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat and without reservation!
