Subway — Restaurant in Manteno

These employees are acting like they’re buying ingredients with their own paychecks. I was told that they could put a total of 8 pieces of black olive on a sandwich. After begging for a little extra because I’m having an intense pregnancy craving for them… I offered to pay for extra, I asked for literally any way to get extra olives and was told they “just can’t. There’s no way” what?! I genuinely thought I was being pranked. This place is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to be getting a VEGGIE SUB with literally no veggies on it. I’m floored. I was told they would lose So much money if they have every customer more ingredients… I feel you’re losing a lot more money from all of the people who are never returning to that location because it’s REALLY...

Always having shipping issues on their products which means they are out of everything a majority of the time so if you do an online order and they charge your card you will have to wait 2-3 days for the money to go back into your account, because they will call you to tell you they're out of everything and they have to void your order. Why even have online ordering?? Waste of time and money. Go here if you want a toasted yet somehow also soggy sandwich that is made by teenagers who have no idea what customer service is, let alone how to make a sammich. Get a real manager running this place or shut it down. No way yall are making any...

I hope an army of Karens target this place cause they generally deserve it. Do yourself a favor and go to jimi John's down the street. Taste better anyways.

How do you get an order for a steak and cheese sando, and not put cheese on it. Literally always a problem with this place. A bunch of children run this place and don't have an ounce of work ethic in them.

Only ordered here because someone else wanted it. And once again disappointed. I never do reviews. But I really hope it goes to good use in closing...
