Creative Church — Local services in Maple Grove

I went to there glowchela (4/20/22) event and I was really disposable in the way the staff treated and talked to me and my friend as soon as we walked in they “dress coded” me for haveing a crop on but then girls that had flatter chest where walking around in crop tops with there hole tummy out, told that there would be mini golf, the mini golf sure was mini there where about 6 small boxes with “mini” golf in them, not to mention it the staff was horrendous, I had to use the bathroom mid service then the lady scoffed at me and gave me a dirty look so I had to tell her it was in emergency, me and my friend got picked up a little early and the staff held us back from leaving, one of them physically touched my friend to keep her from going we had to say at least 3 times to one person that we where leaving till they let us go, then got asked by 3 different staff members if we where leaving not to mention there was a girl who was having a panic attack and they kept bugging her to go back into...

I grew up in a traditional Lutheran church. I know that’s surprising for Minnesota. I hadn’t attended church regularly for probably 10 years. A good friend of mine was getting baptized at Creative Church in early November of 2023. He had invited me a few times before to attend but I just didn’t. I decided I’d go to be there when he got baptized and I’ve been going ever since. It’s such a wonderful and welcoming environment. I think it’s a more fun church to attend rather than the “stuffy traditional” churches. I’m not a morning person but I look forward to getting up and going to Creative every Sunday. We had heard about Creative church and couldn’t wait to visit while we were in town. There aren’t enough words to say what a great experience this is. If you are looking for a new church and you haven’t visited Creative church, we highly recommend you try it right away. It might be just what you have been missing. We can’t wait to visit again.
