On Wednesday, September 12th at about 630 pm, as I was entering, the employee was walking out. I don’t know her name, she was not wearing a name tag. I was confused and she told me she was leaving and no one else was in the store and she didn’t have keys to lock up. I asked her if she was coming back …. She said she was going to the Levi’s store (where ever that was). I said are you coming back? I walked in and waited a couple min and gave up, she came back in as I was leaving and I said, “are you going go fill my Doordash order?” She says “no”. I informed OUR customer that the employee was not going to be making their order, their response was: Sorry for bothering you. Yikes!
I was the third person to get this order from Doordash, so something had to have happened before me as well.
While waiting in the parking lot on hold with Doordash to cancel their order, a man went in and I warned him.
He must have gotten waited on because he didn’t come out very fast ….
When you try to call them, their phone just says to order online and then hold if you want to talk to someone .. stay on the line. Then the phone...
Read morePoor Experience and Food Quality. My Bread was hard and pretty much stale. The cheese was hard around the edges and discolored, the tomatoes were transparent. I decided to just transfer the food to a tortilla to make wrap instead because I didn’t feel like getting back out. Upon transferring my food I saw a long hair in the vegetables. I called the store for a refund and was told I’d need to go to the store for a refund. I told them if I go to the store I want a refund for my whole order. I asked what I needed to bring, he said the food. I told him that not only was there hair in my food but told him about the bread and cheese. At some point I told him I’m coming back to the store because this situation is ridiculous. In the end I told him I’d like the mgr to call me. He took my info and told me a mgr would call me when they get a chance. I asked for his name and he said he can’t give it to me and hung up.
I tell you what Subway, keep the $$ because it’s the last you will get from me.

The end result was being charged for 3 extra sandwiches, all of which were slightly different and not anything we would've ordered (I now have 3 sandwiches that are going to be thrown away). When I called this store and spoke with the manager, Dominique, to problem solve, she immediately became defensive and rude. She cut me off before I got anywhere near done explaining the situation and said, "I did everything right on my end, you ain't getting no free food!". That was not my intent to begin with, but it became very clear that rather than attempting to help a customer resolve a concern, she was more concerned with ensuring no refund came my way and that she personally was blameless.
