Dollar General — Local services in Maple Lake

Why has this store keeps getting worse especially in the last 2 weeks. Rumor in town is that the assistant manager walked that was a mistake she's the only one that did anything around there and her husband was always there stocking shelves even though he wasn't a employee. They're constantly opening late in the mornings. And I would really like to know where they find their managers because every time you go in and if you walk by the manger or talk to him he smells like alcohol even at 9:00 in the morning if he is there on time. I'm done going to the store and I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Buffalo because you can't count on the store. A lot of us were excited in town when the store opened because we thought finally we had somewhere that we could go but it's been a constant letdown...

I don't even want to give it one star anymore. Its bad enough you post your modified hours as 8-5 and your open only 2 maybe 3 days a week. Now I go to your store at 4:50pm and your apparently closed. You locked the doors early. You have customers in line abs other customers still shopping and 3 cars pull in the parking lot but your lazy staff decided to lock the doors early. Nice.... NOT. YOUR ONLY OPEN MAYBE 3 DAYS A WEEK. Just do everyone in the neighborhood and lock your doors and shut the store down. It's so frustrating to run to the DG to get milk and the store is closed 95%. It use to NEVER be like this. This...

I just went into the store tonight spent maybe five minutes in the store. While walking through I saw a man without a mask none to be found. Then went up to the counter to pay for my items and was greeted by a cashier who doesn’t have her mask covering her nose and another woman with no mask on and invading my space not even giving me my 6 feet.
