Absolutely love this shop. We ordered a large elderberry syrup recently to replace the one we used, and when it arrived, the box (thanks USPS), was heavily damaged and the 32oz bottle inside was shattered even though it was packaged very well. I messaged the company and within minutes got a call back. I explained what happened, sent pictures and within a day she sent a replacement bottle priority! She also included a package of tea and a strainer too!

What a small slice of heaven we have found locally! The Natural Mama Co has been such a blessing to us. Her elderberry syrup is the best tasting, but not only that, since we started taking it daily, all the pesky viruses stay at bay.
