Terrible experience. First we purchased a fridge and freezer totaling 6k. We also purchased a dishwasher from them. When we called to arrange delivery, we were told the dishwasher was damaged and shown more expensive options instead. It was extremely frustrating because they had not informed us until we called for an update. This set our kitchen project back. We paid for delivery for the fridge and freezer and the delivery people dropped them off in boxes and said they don’t do anything but deliver. We had to place them in the spot ourselves and take them out of the boxes only to find that they were not even. We called the store and were told this was the delivery service they provide and they couldn’t do anything. After another conversation they agreed to send someone out to the house to fix the feet of the fridge and freezer so they were even. Stupidly, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased a thermador microwave and thermador dishwasher from them. The total of this purchase was over 5k for two appliances. When I was at the store purchasing the microwave and dishwasher I was told the dishwasher could not be delivered for another month and that they could not sell me the floor model. I was also told they were giving me the best deal they could. We picked the microwave up and when we plugged it in, we noticed the screen seemed to be damaged. We called them and they sent a tech out who had no idea what the screen should look like and said he would go to another store and see what it should look like. We never heard back from them. We called to get an update after two weeks and were told that’s how it should look. We ended up calling out thermador appliance repair and were told the screen was, in fact, damaged. After this we lost faith in them. My husband called to cancel the dishwasher and was told we would be charged a $600 restock fee. This was not previously told to me when I was purchasing the appliances nor was it on the receipt I signed. My husband was also told they could discount the dishwasher and give him the floor model. This was after they told me, the female, I was receiving the best deal and they could not give me the floor model. Clearly, they favor men and reserve better deals for men than they offer females. Read moreDon't waste your time. Never going back. The store experience was good, but that changed when they got our money. We were given an eta of 1 to 4pm for delivery. They showed up at 10:50am. We had an 11am personnel appointment and had to cancel, getting a late notice charge of $70, so we could help the delivery. We hadn't had time to shovel, because we were going to shovel at noon. The drivers said they couldn't bring it up our drive without it shoveled, completely understandable. The driver said they would be back after the next delivery. By 11:10am, the drive was cleared. Customer service (the office) called at 11:20am and said they would not be coming back and to set up a new time. They said the drivers did their last delivery and had already gone home for the day. The drivers never called us or came back. We told the office that the drivers said they would be back. They said they wouldn't and that they were no longer there. I'm pretty sure they were in the background. I also doubt the drivers delivered much, since they got done for the day so fast. (Between 30mins, they went to another house "delivered an appliance", went back to the office to drop off the truck, told the office what needed to be rescheduled, then they went home. All the while there was snow on the ground.) After a back and forth we were done and told them to cancel the order and refund us. They said ok. We left for Lowe's to buy the same dryer. We got there and we're setting up delivery with Lowe's. Then Appliance Discount called us back to tell us they would be charging us $100 restocking fee. What a joke. For the first and only time we contested the change on a credit card. It took awhile, but our money was refunded. Horrible customer service. I would hope the drivers got fired or at the very least written up, but I highly doubt anything happened. Never again and I will go out of my way to let people know they are not wothey'drth it. While I was waiting for my name to be called at the DMV (LOL 🤣) I wandered into their store. (Beautiful one of a kind things there I might add !!) I was greeted by John at his desk. John knows his stuff.
