They have a lot of name brand merchandise that you find in the mall for a lot more money some of this may be last year's fashions but I'm telling you it's definitely worth it The money you save is worth it I wish they would clean the store up a little bit more I wish it was a little bit more organized but I get it it's kind of a bargain spot so if I'm going to save this kind of money I can put up with a little bit of clutter here and there I don't think they recover the store as well as they should none of the racks seem to be sized very well you have to hunt to find your size but you're paying about half the price so I guess it's a catch 22 what you want right so I'm okay with it as long as I can eventually find my size and I'm saving half the money I'm good so I'm going to continue to be a customer and if you want to save some money and still look good I...

Employees will follow you around the store and are anything but subtle when they suspect you’re shoplifting (may I add that I’ve stolen one thing in my life: a tootsie pop when I was kid and I literally cried about it). It’s extremely uncomfortable and it makes me not want to return to this location.

Update on 1/12/25: It is incredibly hard to shop the makeup section in peace. I am only comfortable coming here whenever I come with my mother. I work in retail and therefore I know that the customer experience should be the upmost priority and they do nothing to help promote a positive culture for us customers. Marshalls used to be a great place to score deals on designer merch, but I think the competition has become too stiff to keep up the level of deals they used to get. Back in the day there weren't as many Kohl's, Steinmarts or Ross', at least in St. Louis.

I was last in there killing time before my turn at the DMV next door, and wasn't even close to tempted by anything I saw there.
