I had found me the perfect black dress it was on clearance it was market $10.99 however when it was time to bring it up and came up to be 16.99 plus tax which made it $18 store manager came out observed it and instead of her giving me the price that was actually was on the dress she was willing to give me the dress for $2 more which was $12.00 but why would I pay 12.99 for a dress when the dress clearly states it's 10.99 so customer service was...
