I would like to start this review by saying this vapor store is very clean and nice looking, all staff that I have met is helpful and polite (hard to come by these days).
Ok. Here is a little story. I bought a KangerTech KBOX sub-omh box (70$) at Vaporwize to use with my Aspire Atlantis. The KangerTech KBOX stops working after a couple of weeks. I took it back to Vaporwize where I bought it with the receipt. They didn't take a look at it and asked me what was wrong with it. I explained that this KBOX wouldn't read any tank or fire any tank anymore. They immedieatly said that it was dead, nothing I could do. SO! I bought a ELeaf 40 Watt sub-ohm with temp control box from vaporwize (70$). A couple weeks later the Eleaf starts not to read either. I took this Eleaf sub-ohm box to vaporwize with receipt. I got the same story. They didn't want to touch it at all, they just wanted to hear what was wrong with it. Same thing, everyone told me that there is nothing I could do at all. At this point, I was upset and dissapointed. So I had two boxes that weren't working at all. I thought I was out about 140$ and some change. I looked up any other vapor shop around south county. I found Vaporwized on Big Bend that just opened up. I thought since Vaporwize isn't going to help me out at all and just say keep buying new things, I decided to try out Vaporwize.
The employee name is Matt that helped me out on Sunday. (Very polite and helpful by the way) I explained to Matt what was going on with my sub-ohm boxes. He took in my words and said well lets take a look. FINALLY! Someone that is not going to turn away from my situation and say oh its just broke, just buy another one. Matt got some tools out and started to work with my boxes. Within about an hour I had each box working! I thought I was out some more money and had to BUY ANOTHER ONE, nope I was wrong. Matt fixed what was wrong with both of my boxes with no problems at all. All that was wrong was a simple pin problem. THATS IT!
Long story short. Vaporized is a awesome store that is helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to thank Matt again for all of his help on my boxes. They both work awesome now! He didn't direct me to spending more money on a new one. Awesome guy.

Iāve never had a problem with vaborized. I always give them five stars until now. I show up there yesterday to get a new coil I prepped it waited 1015 minutes and it tasted burnt so I go back up there. Tell him whatās going on and usually theyāll just switch it out Considering it was only a day, and I had the receipt but the girl working today brown hair long hair charged me and it wasnāt even my fault And she go on and says that the owners never there and I canāt speak to anybody else thatās a manager or supervisor. I just wanted to exchange my coil that was it. It was burnt and didnāt fit in WORK# so then she sells me the one that has a black bottom instead of the red bottom when everybody knows when you salt Nic use the red bottom even though itās universal now, it still hits better with the red bottom. Iāve been vaping since 2009 I have never in my life encountered somebody like that I couldāve literally did Her job for her times two!!! Not to mention, that was my second time going up there on a scooter!! Looks like blue vapor here I come you always treated me good and taught me well since 2009 in Wentzville and then now I have to go back to Ballwin. Itās definitely worth it after the Trouble I went through!! And the laughing in the talking underneath the breath, just unprofessional. when youāre dealing with the young generation.Monday July-31-2023, One more thing every time I come up there they always give me a military discount, considering my boyfriend did three tours in Iraq, but this time he wasnāt with me, but theyāve given it to me before without him being with me. So she wasnāt going for that either which is fine Iām more concerned about the hee hee and ha ha Iām laughing not realizing I know what Iām doing. I just needed a new coil. Basically that was it and now. I have a lower downgraded coil thatās only gonna last less than a week because of my salt Nic instead of getting the red bottom like I shouldāve and then I had to pay for it again on freaking believable!!! Iām about to open the store and I will never treat my clients that way...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStarted coming here a few months ago after a friend suggested it. 1st visit the cashier told me that if there was a burnt coil or I disliked the flavor I could swap out within 24 hours. Which I thought was unusual, Iām used to if you donāt like it too bad. So I went ahead and made Valorized the place I shop because of this. After trying multiple disposable flavors finally found one on 12/21 that was the most disgusting thing Iāve ever tasted. Came in today 12/22 and was informed that swapping out due to dislike of the flavor wasnāt an option. Flavor was so gross I had the kid at the counter just throw it away because I did not want to take it with me. I know one less person visiting wonāt ābreak the businessā but when someone states a policy on a businesses behalf and it doesnt get upheld that puts a bad taste in my mouth.
