St. Louis closet co is the place where dreams come true. Going from a small city closet and way too many clothes, our family was not only looking forward to more closet space but a St. Louis closet co designed space. The design process was so much fun. Although there are a variety of options, Angela our closet designer made the process so easy. She was prepared with blueprints of our closet sizing, and walked us through the beautiful showroom at Closet Co’s warehouse to show us all of choices for our closets and pantry. Angela gave recommendations based on what we had visualized for out home and the process was fun and enjoyable. She demonstrated knowledge of the materials they had to offer and helped us envision the flow, color scheme, and detail of each space. As new homeowners, we couldn’t have asked for a better design and carpenter team to work with. Closet day was so exciting. The three carpenters were just as excited as we were to see the final product. They were punctual, personable, and extremely professional. They demonstrated respect within our new home and were respectful not only to us, but to each other. It was so refreshing to see a team work together to create magic. The men were considerate of our opinions if they needed a confirmation of where to hang a hook or shelf. We could not be more grateful to Jennifer and her team not only for having such an important and amazing business, but making our family feel like we were a part of their closet co family. We have now been enjoying the functionality of our custom closets and pantry for a month now. It is our favorite part of the home tour when friends and family come to visit. The pantry helps to keep our groceries, baby snacks and kitchen materials organized. The closet for our baby girl is absolutely beautiful. The gold hanging racks fit all of her clothes. The drawers and shelves are perfect for her diapers, pajamas, shoes and clothes for sizing up. Our master bedroom closet is truly out of a fairytale. Everything has a place and the his and hers sides makes getting ready for date night that much easier. We are so proud to have our “closet by St. Louis closet co” sign in the front yard of our new home. OMG this company is still TOP NOTCH GREAT!!! I had my closet room installed over 25 years ago and by the way still LOVE IT! This past weekend I was do some spring cleaning weeding out things to donate and noticed I had several rods coming loose from the right side causing them to fall down. I tried to fix them myself with duct tape but it did not work. I called the store to get options on last Saturday on what to do. The gal I spoke with looked up my account and pulled up my floor plan after all these year they still had it. She said she needed to speak with owner/manager and would call me back Monday. Low and behold Monday morning 30 minutes after they opened I got a return call. They said my unit is still under the warranty and that should not be happening so they could send someone out to check it out and fix it. The apt was set up to my work schedule time and 3 days later they were there to fix it. The worker was so nice and professional explaining the steps he had to tighten up the entire unit and cut some new rods. WOW what GREAT customer service this company offers. I wish all business's followed their work ethic. He was there about 40 minutes and all is fixed and not a drop of dirt left in my clean closet room. If you want a closet use this company after 25+ years they still stand by their product. MY entire closet room unit is as beautiful today as it was the day they installed it. The first one is where the unit started coming loosed in a few sections over time and home shifting. MY closet room is by season and color I also have shoe shelfs and jewlery and purses. I also had installed an island in the middle for candles and personal items. This was the best money I could have ever spent in my spare bedroom. I had an unusual dead space in my 100+ year old home that I needed turned into a walk in closet. I got quotes from 4 different companies, and I knew almost immediately when I met Lauren that I’d be going with St. Louis Closet Company. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and just gave off that confident and credible vibe that instantly puts you at ease. She took measurements quickly and got a design for the closet back to me the next day along with a detailed quote. A couple of the other companies I got quotes from used ridiculous sales tactics and felt like such a waste of time. I was thrilled with how reasonable the cost was as well, and that I wasn’t pressured into adding upgrades. Lauren was respectful of my budget, and made sure I got the most out of the money I was willing to spend.

After we finalized the contract and I paid my deposit I decided I wanted to have the coat closet done too. It was just an empty closet with no shelving and no hanging. Lauren responded immediately to my e-mail asking if she could come take a look, and had amazing ideas on how to maximize the storage in that closet. A few weeks later, I decided I want to have the linen closet done as well. Lauren came out AGAIN, took measurements and had a design to me the next day, along with a detailed updated quote. She was incredibly patient with me throughout all of these changes and didn’t once make me feel like I was a problem client.

The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and were very respectful of my home. They did a wonderful job notching out around the baseboards as I’d requested, and made sure to have me look over everything before they left in case something needed to be adjusted. They also made sure that I knew to call with any questions or problems.
