Side Project Pizza — Restaurant in Maplewood

Side Project, This place is amazing! The pizza was so delicious. The fries were so good! I couldn’t stop eating them! But, if I could change one thing, I would add cheese sauce. The kids would go crazy! You know how I know? I’m 10, writing this review. All adults in my house LOVED the lemon aioli. But me and my brother needed cheese sauce. Even the adults agreed! I loved how they added the melted parmesan cheese. It added a kick. It made it taste extra saltier. It wouldn’t be the same if they didn’t add it. You guys included other sauces, I got so sad when I didn’t see cheese sauce. Even if you drizzle cheese sauce on the fries. It would be so good! You guys are doing great! We’re happy you’re here in maplewood. Let’s make this...

Wish I could give this place a better score but it just honestly wasn't great.

You can only get a slice of pizza if you get something plain. Otherwise you have to order a full pizza.

The drink selection was laughable. When we went they had beer, 2 types of canned soda, and warm water from an outside water fountain.

The pizza was just ok. It definitely wasn't bad, but there are multiple places within a 5-10 minute drive that have much better quality and options.

Obviously, Side Project is universally considered a best-in-class brewery, but their pizza joint introduces an entirely different element to one of the world’s best producers of suds…Liz, Cass, and Alexis are top-notch humans with exemplary hospitality chops, the space is open, covered, and breezy, and the pie deserves El Presidente’s attention. They have the entire line-up of to-go bottles/cans and always have events happening. PS- killer rotating cocktail menu as well...
