Maplewood Family Aquatic Center — Attraction in Maplewood

I would have given 5 stars if customer service was better at front desk and concession stand. I walked in this morning at opening, one of the two people at the front desk was sitting with her feet reclined up in another chair facing away from the desk in her tsblet. I had to speak to her to get her attention.The girl at the concession stand barely cracked the window to take my order, I went to open it a little more so I could see her, and she shut it back in my face. Been coming as a family for 10 years. Great aquatic center with lots for all. Competition pool is large with plenty of room. They have a high dive, only one I’m aware of in the area, and a real fast straight slide. Zero entry for youngest of swimmers. They allow inflatables which many area pools don’t and they let you have fun. Been to several other area pools with so many “can’t do” on the list it takes away the fun. I LOVE Maplewood pool! This is my 3rd summer in a row buying a summer pass. The staff is so friendly when checking in & at the concessions as well. They play a great blend of music, & a lot of 80’s which is amazing. The atmosphere is very chill/relaxed. I love coming to lay out & tan & enjoy the clean pool water! My only wish is sticking with the chairs that aren’t white & fully plastic. They’re pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, I love this pool & looking forward to spending another summer here &...
