How is it that one homeowner that doesn’t maintain his property that affects three other neighbors not only physically but costly simply because he doesn’t trim his trees, I’ve been living here for 25 years now, and My neighbor to the west of me has never maintained his property, including his trees. There are parts of the trees that are dead. They’ve grown tremendously outside of his property line. I know all about Florida law and trees and property loans but this comes down just to common sense. Why do three different property owners have to maintain one property owners trees I have just spent $1250 to trim the trees of My neighbor because they were hanging over my house it poses a threat To my property as well as the other two properties, a storm came through today and a large branch from his trees, tore off and landed on two other neighbors. The city of Margate gets on me about my fence being dirty. My HOA gets on me about weeds growing in my pavers. Where is the common sense where you have a neighbor that has neglected to maintain his property over 25 years and no one not the city not the state Not the HOA No one does nothing to contact this individual to maintain his own property. Why should he be able to put other neighbors not only in property but in just general safety. There is no common sense to any of this. I live in Parkside at Royal Palm in Margate Florida. My address is 7596 Parkside Ln., Margate, FL 33063. My phone number is 954-254-8626. Is there anyone that has common sense to address this problem. I’m speaking to the members of the HOA as well as the members of the city of Margate. How can you allow someone to completely un maintain their property and put the burden on...

Worst city I've ever lived in and wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. This city is overvalued and...

Next time I won’t slow down and blow my horn, I’ll just let my dash cam show them pulling out in front of me and the a lawyer...
