Today I decided to utilize this location as it was more convenient. While shopping for items there was an elderly lady on the same aisle who asked me for assistance. I assisted her in reading the label and then went and found a store staff to assist her with her questions regarding product ingredients. The store representative became irritated with the elderly lady (maybe in her mid 80s) because she didnāt understand what the store representative was saying and asked more questions for clarity.The store representative then began to yell at the elderly lady and state sarcastic comments as she was assisting/checking her out. This made me stop shopping and I focused my attention on the reps interaction with the elderly lady because the store rep was yelling loudly.The elderly lady appeared nervous. By this time, the store rep realized I was paying attention as we made eye contact and then she attempted to change her tone with the elderly lady while still being sarcastic.While I did not know the elderly lady, I spoke up on her behalf what I had observed was unsettling; I was in disbelief regarding my observation.The reps rash and loud response to me was, āShe been in the store an hour and she asked me 100 times!ā.I put my items back and explained to her that her level of customer service towards the elderly is a reflection of the storeā¦ā¦.Spend your money...

They have no prices and when I asked about the price she raised her voice. I bought a wigs which was $100.00Once at home I realize that it was too small for me and I wanted to return but the receipt was not in the bag. I went to the store 10 minutes later and the same woman was there and she again raised her voice ā where is your receipt? ā I replied ā you didnāt gave me, I tough you put in the bag. Arrogant she replied ā I would not take it without receipt. I realize that she did on purpose. Afternoon I went back when the Manager Ahmed was there and after review the camera in store I got refund. Month later I decided to go back to the Store but the same black cashier was there and she didnāt want to serve me. She even screamed ā get out of the store ā I wanted to call the police but because I knew that the Manager is a nice guy I left the store.
