To whom this may concern, I had a horrible experience with one of your cashiers at your State Rd 7 & Margate, FL location on Dec. 26th, just this past Tuesday. I went in between 4:40 and 5 pm to order a pepperoni pizza and try your new stuffed crazy bread. As I walked in, it didn't seem busy at all. The woman at the cashier area was assisting another customer and a customer was waiting for his order. I patiently waited and when it was my turn, the cashier looked upset and angry. I wondered what might have been said previously with the other customer to make her so mad. I started to place my order and asked if I could get a fresh-out-of-the-oven pepperoni pizza when the stuff crazy bread order was up at the same time. I figured since they had to be made fresh, the stuff crazy bread, I'd get the most recent pepperoni at the same time. The cashier just stated the price and that was it. I just said, okay and paid. Then I asked how long it would be and I was ignored. So then I glanced at the other customer, and even he looked like that was weird, but she must be having a really bad day. So shortly after, she handed the other customer his order and he & his child left. Then, as I waited, no one else was there from what I could tell, other customers, nor other employees. I figured that's why she had a bad attitude, because she's working by herself. So then I started to feel sorry for her up until my supposed order was ready. While she did grab a pizza from the oven, I noticed that she was in a bit of s rush and she bearly cut the pizza slices before boxing it up. She then grabbed just regular crazy bread from the hot case glass rack and just placed the pizza on the counter with said bread and sauce on the top of the box and proceeded to walk away. At this point, I'm thinking, what's going on here? I stated, excuse me, ma'am, remember that I ordered a stuffed crazy bread, not reg. crazy bread?? ... And after all this time and no previous statements, nor conversation, all she said was, "that we don't have it." I said to her, then why didn't you tell me 10 or 15 minutes ago when I first ordered?... She just stated "We don't have.", & proceeded to walk away. I was so upset because that was why I had originally come to Little Caesars in the first place. Even when I got home, the pizza was almost inedible and didn't seem or taste fully cooked. We had to re-cut the pie because she did not cut it accurately the first time... And the whole situation, makes me want to stay very far, far, away from any little caesers in the foreseeable future. So I just wanted to make you folks at corporate aware, that you have a bad apple at that location. I could have given it a pass on a few things, but the experience as a whole, was horrible and I feel someone in charge of that location should be made aware. I would rate this location with a negitive -5 stars, if I could. The receipt states the name of the cashier as; Rodson F. Dec. 26, 2023 @ 4:45...
Read moreI went to this Little Caesar on May 8th and called to place my order. I was asked for my order and my name so it could be placed which I did. I was told it would be ready within 15 minutes which I did arrive within that 15 minutes only to see that they were busy. I am always patient since I also work in customer service and waited for an additional 30 minutes to reach the cashier after he was running around. Other customers were irritated but I can see that there was a lot going on. As I finally reached the cashier I told him of my order that I called ahead for and my name. The answer to my inquiry which he would not tell me was that the order was not placed which I could see with my eyes as he kept on looking around in frantic as another co-worker took my information but never input it into the system. To top it off he said he will make my order and I should just wait another 15 to 30 minutes. At this point of wasting my time to take food home to my family I unfortunately became irritated and left. I am highly disappointed since it's not my first time having such a bad experience at this location. But I was willing to give it another chance thinking it was just a bad day the other times I went which I should mention, always walking out disappointed with no food. I can't find it in my system to go back and order there again even though it's...
Read moreI have waited months before leaving this review, hoping things would get better. This store has been on a steady decline. There are a number of issues that need to be addressed. The portal doesn't work, hasn't worked in months. Yet online orders are still allowed. When you get to the store to pick up your order, you will see it in the portal, but you will have no access to get it. Be prepared to wait in the tiny little lobby with 15 other people, for 35 minutes or more until you get indignant and demand someone hand it to you. When they hand it to you from the portal, it is lukewarm at best. The pizza itself is sloppy, with bald spots and sporadic puddles of sauce. The slice sizes range from super tiny to extra wide in the same box. Another issue is poor management. The person pulling the pizza out the oven is also responsible for boxing the orders and taking orders at the register. Meanwhile there are people walking around in the back talking, completely ignoring the full lobby of customers. Boxes of orders filled, sitting on the counter with no one handing them out. The store manager never comes out and helps take up the slack. I have shopped here for a decade, not because it's cheap but because it's nostalgic. It's a shame I can no longer recommend this spot to anyone and will no longer...
