They are soooo bad and greedy for your cash. I dont recommend coming here at all. I wad told i would get an apology and never heard back from them with an apology. They will cheat you put of your money and i haven't heard back from them since the beginning of this year! . . . The sales lady raised her voice at my Dad and demanded him to buy his daughter a phone. Overall highly rude service! I dont plan on coming back to this location ever again. If you want better customer service go somewhere else that will treat you nicer unless you care too much about gas expenses and can take being yelled at and emotionally manipulated. They didn't even check to see if my electronics worked she was just pushing sales to get more money for commission and she didnt even ask me do you want this? She just showed me a recipt and a bag and told me "it's extra accessories" with a lot of things I didn't want to buy from Verizon. Also everything was overpriced compared to what you find on online at other stores. The sales people here want to sell so people will go to extents for their greed of money. What's worse is that some of the other workers told me "sales people sale things differently" but that doesn't give anyone a right to be yelling at the elderly. They also said "a lot of people get sent home with non functioning chargers and that it's not their fault" but if a customer is buying a product and these sales people are digging through the phone cases and opening everything they SHOULD check to see if the chargers are functional. They SHOULD ask customers if they want to buy a product or not. This has been the most awful experience in my LIFE! I returned most of what I could at another Verizon store closer to where I live and asked to speak to a manager so they will all be talking to each other. Makes me wonder if I should contact someone above manager status because how my dad and I were treated is UNACCEPTABLE at any good location that values their customers.

Read moreMy 5 stars are specifically for Jacob from the Marianna Verizon store. He went above and beyond to help me. I ordered a new phone from the Blountstown location on Dec. 22nd. I was told by the employee there that it would be in around Dec. 27th or 28th. I explained to her that my family was going to Disney the 27-29th so she informed me I could come in on Saturday the 30th to pick it up and get everything switched over. When I called on the 30th to make sure the phone was in, I was told the person who sold me the phone wasn't coming into work again until Monday and their policy is since she sold me the phone she was the only one allowed to touch it or help me from that point forward. I told the girl I lived in TN and would be flying out the next morning (the 31st) so I needed to get this phone today as my parents are on my account and I had to handle it while I was home. Her response was "sorry Mandy should've told you." I then told her to cancel the order and I called the Marianna store to see if this was indeed a ridiculous policy but also to see if maybe they had a phone I could get. After explaining the situation to Jacob he immediately said while yes that was their policy, due to the circumstances he would call and see if he could get the girl from the Blountstown store to release the phone to me. I'm assuming she refused because he then called me back and said HE was going to go to the Blountstown store and get the phone released for me. He drove 35 minutes from the Marianna location to the Blountstown location, gave me my phone and spent an hour getting everything set up for me. He was so kind and patient and helped me get several accessories I needed as well. In a world where customer service is clearly a thing of the past Jacob surpassed all expectations. From. now on I will only do business with him when I am visiting the FL Panhandle and need assistance....
Read moreI have come into the store now a total of at least 6 times. About 6 months ago I came in and purchased a iPhone 15pro max on a business plan. Because I was trading in my old phone as well as opting into the business plan I was told I would be getting a promotion and that my payments would only be around $70/mo. To make a long story short my payments have continued being around $100+ each month. Each time I go into the store I am being told at first on there end they cannot find in the system where it says I was promised the promotion. Than they all of a sudden find it and tell me just give it time to kick in and turn me away. I'm beyond annoyed having to go into the store this many times is absolutely ridiculous and bad for business.
