What I experienced at Ruby Tuesday was the worst case of customer service in my life we arrived at little before 7:00 p.m. First of it started with me and my daughter being totally ignore while we waited to be seated. But when a party that was non ethnic customers came in they were greeted and rushed to be seated. Thanks to the observation of them other guests, the guest not the employee stated that my and my daughter hadn't been help. The hostess then took me to one section but was told by Manager Angela to move us to another section and to serve the party instead. We sat in a section and waited over 10 minutes no server had greeted us or asked us for our drink however the non ethnic customers had drink and had been greeted. After waiting about 20 minutes we were greeted and got our drinks. Non ethnic guest were seated again being greeted and go drink 5 minutes into being seated. About 7:40 p.m. we got our food but we didn't have any silverware and we asked for condiments for our food after waiting. I asked to speak to a manager Angela apology but with a very aggressive and rude tone and walked away after offering a free dessert but I told her no thank you. The server could see that I was not happy with my experience and I was talking to me about my experience when the manager rushed her away. She took upon herself to come and talk again with me even though I told her I didn't need to speak to her. She again was very rude and using aggressive body language which I ask her if their was anyone else I could talk to. I asked her to not to get rude or have an attitude with me and which said she didn't before walking off. After a few minutes she returned to say she was sorry and that she would take care of it. I am a mother and I have to set an example for my daughter so I didn't get upset or hostile I talked to her calmly to express that when working in the public that this kind of attitude and service was unacceptable. However I feel as though I was treated unfairly and I need someone who can resolve this issue so it doesn't...
Read moreThis review is for our visit Jan 16, 2022. My Mom and I dine at the Marianna Ruby Tuesdays nearly every Monday. Until yesterday, we have always been very happy. Yesterday my 82 year old Mom ordered the Deconstructed Kabob dish which comes over rice and with vegetables. Mom is 100 pounds soaking wet and does not require vast amounts of food. So when she complained that her plate was nearly devoid of the vegetables pictured in the dish on the menu, she was honest and spot on. The beef was so hard and overcooked that we fed it to my service dog. Our waitress, Lori, was excellent. I kindly explained to her that of the many times we had eaten there, this was our first ever complaint. I wanted to speak with someone about Mom's food, but neither the manager nor the cook would come to our table. Mom never received more vegetables, the cook or manager apparently stated to Lori that they "portion" them all the same. The portion included 3 little rounds of zucchini, and very sparse couple of other pieces of vegetables. So Mom had almost no vegetables on her plate, beef she could not eat, and was left with rice. I requested that Lori please remove the charge for Mom's meal and reiterated that we had never experienced any issues previously. Lori removed Mom's dinner from our bill and I paid $68.26 for my dinner and our drinks. What caused me to write this dismal review is because I feel my Mom's legitimate complaints were dismissed derisively, and because the manager refused to come speak with us. Mom and I frequently spend close to $100 each Monday at this Ruby Tuesdays, as often I get a to-go meal for my husband in addition to our meals and drinks. I think as much as we have enjoyed this place for the past year, there are several other comparable restaurants in the area that would welcome...
Read moreMy friend and I were in the redtaurant a couple weeks ago. We were there enjoying our meal, when a couple came in and the lady was holding a dog in her arm. I didn't see her get up to go wash her hands, but the guy got up to answer the phone. The manager came out to ask if they had documentation on the dog. She said her boyfriend had it. He came out and showed something on his phone. The manager glanced over the phone, but not long enuff to thoroughly read what it said. Then she asked about the support. I think I overheard the lady say the dog was for emotional support. I'm thinking we'll what was the guy for? He should be her emotional support. They sat directly behind my friend. The dog barked at two different times, so I know he wasn't a real support animal. The guy was also touching the dig and going back and forth to the salad bar, without washing his hands between trips. I know people love their animals, but I dont think restaurants are the place for them, because everybody is not gonna feel the same about them as their owners do. Animals have more rights than humans these days. They are allowed in practically every business. They aren't support animals either. Somebody is gonna get bit, and the businesses with be accountable and liable.. I love my dog too, but I wouldn't bring her to a restaurant. I can stand to leave her home for a couple hours. We enjoyed our visit to Ruby Tuesday, but that took our appetite. We were so wound up after we left, until we both needed emotional support on our ride home.. Our last trip to Ruby Tuesday in...
